Warranty and Repair

Ryoko products are made from the highest quality materials by trained professional so that it can serve you for many years to come, however if our product stops working, we are always ready to provide replacement according to the terms of our warranty and repair conditions at no charge.

Standard guarantee of 2 years

We will gladly change any spoiled item within 2 years from the date of delivery of your order. Only click on the Contact Us button, select the ‘Warrantee and Repair’ subject and tell our customer service team about your problem, they will help you in time.

The warranty will not apply if:

1. The product is physically damaged.
2. The product is used in an inappropriate manner
3. The defect cannot be considered as a defect of the factory
4. If more than 2 years have passed from the date of delivery of your order

Extended Guarantee

Our standard guarantee terms for extended period also apply to our extended guarantee.

*Please note that if the production of the model you bought has been stopped, then your product can be converted to a new model, which will be of the same value*

**Please note that spoiled items to which the warranty is still in force will have to be returned to the return address provided by our customer support team**
